We provide video production services including but not limited to:

• Commercial and promotional videos

• Event filming and highlight reels

• Social media campaigns and content creation

All services are subject to availability and will be confirmed through a written agreement or proposal.

Proposals and Quotes

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• A project is confirmed only once a written agreement is signed and/or a deposit is received.

• Any changes to scope or requirements after confirmation may result in revised fees.

Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 25–50%) may be required to secure booking.

• Full payment is due within 30 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• If a project is cancelled less than 7 days before filming, deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Intellectual Property

• We retain copyright ownership of all raw footage, project files, and production materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are granted a licence to use the final delivered videos for the purposes outlined in the project agreement.

• Videos may not be resold, altered, or repurposed without prior written consent.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to locations, and necessary permissions (including talent releases, location permits, and music licensing, where applicable).

• We are not liable for delays caused by client omissions or failure to provide necessary information.

Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• While we take every care in delivering professional-quality work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., increased sales, engagement, or brand awareness).
